Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping (overnight and second day) is available on most oxygen concentrators for an additional fee. If expedited shipping is avaiable, it is noted on the product detail page for each concentrator.
Oxygen concentrators will arrive via UPS or FexEx, and will be left at your home. No delivery signature is required. If there is any damage to the packaging, please inspect your oxygen concentrator immediately. If there is damage to the item, please call us immediately AND save the packaging. It is always helpful when you can take pictures of the packaging. We will coordinate repair or replacement of your oxygen concentrator.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines.
1.We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2.We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses
3.We can ship scooters to Alaska and Hawaii for a fee of $250. Shipping fees will be automatically added to your order during the checkout process.
