Sunrise warrants the frame and cross-brace of the 4000 Series wheelchairs for the lifetime of the wheelchair. This includes a three-year warranty on the rear tires, 90-day warranty on the upholstery and 1-year warranty on all other parts and components. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping (overnight and second day) is available on most oxygen concentrators for an additional fee. If expedited shipping is avaiable, it is noted on the product detail page for each concentrator.
Oxygen concentrators will arrive via UPS or FexEx, and will be left at your home. No delivery signature is required. If there is any damage to the packaging, please inspect your oxygen concentrator immediately. If there is damage to the item, please call us immediately AND save the packaging. It is always helpful when you can take pictures of the packaging. We will coordinate repair or replacement of your oxygen concentrator.
